This project began as a kitchen update and evolved into a full home remodel as the homeowners refined their vision. The challenge was to integrate advanced systems and highly specific details without visual clutter.
RAD Builders remodeled the entire home, including three bathrooms, basement, and primary suite. Mechanical elements such as air vents were drywalled smooth for minimal visual impact. A twelve foot opening was constructed for a concealed sliding door system, and Dekton slabs were used throughout for durability and visual consistency. Custom lighting, hardware, and smart controls were integrated across the home.
The finished space is highly refined, cohesive, and deeply customized.
