Allison Street Basement Remodel

The homeowners wanted a basement that felt immersive, personal, and unlike anything else in the home. The existing finished space lacked identity and cohesion.

RAD Builders transformed the basement into a highly customized environment using custom steel, etched glass, and thatched ceilings with integrated lighting. A rounded rock ceiling wine cellar was built with a concealed entrance to the swim spa equipment room. Custom lighting and controls allow for dramatic scene changes throughout the space.
