The existing pool and surrounding spaces no longer supported how the homeowners wanted to use the property. Circulation, access, and amenities were limited.
RAD Builders removed the existing tile throughout the pool and reworked the layout to include new steps and a wading area. A new bathroom and changing space were added, featuring live edge shelving and a stone sink. An exterior wall was opened to install a garage-style door for direct deck access, and layered lighting was introduced to support multiple scenes.
The updated space feels flexible, comfortable, and designed for entertaining.
