RAD Builders constructed a full addition to house the swim spa, complete with vaulted tongue and groove ceilings and three Nano wall systems that open the space to the exterior. A large pergola defines the outdoor kitchen area, paired with tile flooring and a custom fire pit designed to visually tie the spaces together.
