This attached pool house was failing due to extensive water damage that compromised the original structure. The goal was not just repair, but long-term durability and improved functionality.
RAD Builders removed and rebuilt the entire post and beam structure using yellow pine with black fastening hardware. Large tempered glass panels were installed to bring in light while maintaining durability. The foundation was modified to add new basement access, and the pool utility room was completely rebuilt.
The result is a pool house that feels solid, bright, and designed for ongoing use.
