Genesee Whole House Remodel

This home required a comprehensive update to improve flow, finishes, and connection to the surrounding views. The existing layout limited light, storage, and visual continuity across spaces.

RAD Builders reworked the kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas, introducing custom cabinetry, soapstone countertops, and a hidden pantry. Structural beams were added to open an entire wall behind the kitchen sink, allowing for a wall of windows that fully captured the Genesee views. Rounded drywall corners were squared off throughout the home, and all surfaces were skim coated to create a clean, modern backdrop.

The result is a home that feels cohesive, open, and intentionally finished from room to room.
